Here, we outline all the information you might need to be one of our beneficiaries.

the process

Ideally, our timeline from discovery to delivery is 8 weeks.

1 We arrange a video call or an in-person meeting for discovery - to learn more about you and the impact your charity/community group creates.

2 We will then assess whether our impact project is the right fit for you. If it is, we will provide you with a short questionnaire to to provide more details.

3 Using your responses from the questionnaire, we will come up with a concept for the shoot. Once approved, we can decide on a date, time, and location.

4 SHOOT DAY!

5 Editing stage:

PHOTOS

You will receive a link for the online gallery for you to choose your 20 photos from within 7 days of the shoot.

VIDEO

The initial draft of your video will be ready within 3 weeks of the shoot. You will get one round of revisions for any changes you’d like to be made on the video.

6 Delivery:

PHOTOS

You will get your photos within 14 days of your selection.

VIDEO

You will get the final cut of the video within 2 weeks of you sending us your feedback from the initial draft.

frequently asked questions

  • YES! Impact projects are our biggest initiatives as a social enterprise and it will not cost you anything.

    The only time you'd have to pay us anything is if you request for any extras outside of the items listed above.

  • We've designed our impact projects to really focus on charities and community groups that tick all those boxes.

    Unfortunately, we are not able to consider any organisations that miss one or more of our criteria.

  • For our impact projects, you have the option to choose one of the following types:

    1. Brand Story - a documentary-styled video that tells your story

    2. Narrative - a scripted ad

    3. Product/Service highlight - a video that showcases the products/services you provide (similar to infomercials)

    4. Testimonial - a video that shows snippets of testimonials from your volunteers and/or beneficiaries

  • Of course!

    Any extra video edits or photos will incur a fee. Please let us know as early as possible (especially for extra video edits) so we can include it in the package you will receive.
