Once we’ve determined that the PIF content subscription is the right solution for you, we will present you with your very own content blueprint - a document that outlines:

Let’s clear up any confusion.

  • Your subscription doesn’t need to be monthly.

    However, we strongly recommend a monthly cycle for the following reasons:

    • Being able to review and recalibrate every month means we can tailor and finesse your content to your needs

    • The more you do this, the more comfortable you get in front of the camera. The last thing that you want is to be stuck with content we created 3 months ago!

    • Content that works today might not work next month! It’s an ever-changing beast and it’s good to stay on top of it.

    If monthly is too much of a commitment, let us know and we’ll figure out a way to create your content while limiting the risks above.

    Important note : our prices are based on the length of shoot and the amount of content created.

  • We get it - you don’t want to show your cards first. We’re more than happy to.

    The starter plan costs $990+gst and it includes:

    • your content blueprint and monthly strategy

    • an hour of shooting (photo or video)

    • a choice between 4 basic videos or 30 photos

    Knowing your budget allows us to accurately design a strategy that would work best for you and your goals. It also determines how much content we can create for you.

    It’s your turn!

  • Yes! That’s the beauty of our content subscription - it gives you a high level of flexibility with the content you get without having to choose between only photos or only videos.

  • Absolutely! As an add-on to your subscription, we can manage your social media accounts for you.

    This includes writing your captions, scheduling/posting the content, engaging with the people liking and commenting on your posts, and responding to messages - all using your brand voice.

  • We are not chasing virality.

    Social media is a temperamental, ever-changing beast on its own. As such, no one can really guarantee that a certain piece of content will perform well on any platform.

    Instead, the goal is to continuously build your profile with high-quality, engaging, and impactful content that would resonate with your target market. It’s a marathon, not a sprint!

  • To get started, we require payment for the first two months upfront.

    E.g. If your subscription starts on the first week of March, you have to pay for both March and April upfront.

    Your monthly payments start on the first week of May.

  • Of course! We understand that businesses can face peaks and valleys (we know we do!) so we won’t hold you hostage!

    PAUSE YOUR SUBSCRIPTION

    You can pause your subscription for one cycle every 12 months without incurring any penalties.

    A 50% penalty will incur for any other pauses within the same 12 month period.

    CANCEL YOUR SUBSCRIPTION

    We require at least 30 days notice to cancel your monthly subscription.

    For example, if you cancel in the middle of March, the earliest you can finish your subscription is at the end of April.

    At any point during a cycle, our team will be continuously analysing how the content is performing and brainstorming ideas for the following month. Therefore, we’re always working on your content a month in advance.

  • Of course! You are given licensing rights to use the content we create to promote your business even after your subscription ends.
